Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Girls Nest HQ! Here's everything you need to know about how we get your order to you.

Order Processing All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (Australia) We ship Australia-wide using trusted carriers. Delivery times vary by location but are typically 3–7 business days after dispatch. Free shipping is available on all Australian orders over $120 AUD.

International Shipping We currently ship to New Zealand and the United Kingdom. International delivery times are estimated at 7–21 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and local customs processing. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel's journey. If you have purchased a single Magnetic grip (Girl grip) and choose to have it sent as a large letter with no tracking Girls Nest HQ is not responsible for any loss or damages.

Lost or Damaged Parcels If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us at girlsnest@outlook.com within 14 days of your expected delivery date and we'll do our best to make it right.

Packaging We take care to package all items securely so they arrive in perfect condition — because your Girls Nest HQ items deserve a safe journey!
